Charlotte’s background is rooted in frontline youth work, where she spent over two decades within drug and alcohol services. This foundation led her to become a nationwide trainer and speaker for prestigious organisations, including the National Youth Agency (NYA), Mentor ADEPIS, and Alcohol Concern. She is a BA (Hons) graduate in Applied Community Studies and a qualified Life Coach, specialising in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Positive Behavioural Support (PBS).

As a passionate neurodiversity advocate who navigated her own challenges with neurodivergence and early emotional distress, she brings an unmatched level of honesty to her sessions.
