2.1 Upon registration, submission of material, or utilisation of any of our website services, you are fully accepting our terms and conditions.

3. Listings & Adverts and Information

3.1. You must provide accurate information and keep submissions up to date.

3.2. We reserve the right to remove any listing/advert as well as the right to reject or delete any submissions.

3.3. Submissions must relate to school workshops, assemblies, and trips.

3.4. Submissions must not relate to unlawful activities.

3.5. We offer no refunds for rejected or deleted submissions. Additionally, once an enquiry has been purchased and released no refunds will be given.

3.6 You are responsible for ensuring your listing/advert complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to reject or remove adverts that are misleading, inappropriate, or breach these terms.

3.7 We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from listing/advert display or non-display, except where required by law.

4. Accounts

4.1. You agree to safeguard and keep your login credentials confidential.

4.2. We may access, suspend, cancel or edit your account at any time at our discretion. If your account is suspended for unlawful activities or other reasons we deem unacceptable no refunds will be given.

5. Your Content

5.1 You provide us with a global, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to utilise, replicate, store, modify, publish, translate, and distribute your content on our website and associated platforms, both current and future.

5.2 By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you hold the rights to the content you provide, and you accept liability for any potential copyright claims or any other claims that may arise from the use of your content.

5.3 You also agree that VSTEAM Education is not liable for any impacts to your business resulting from the posting of your content on our site.

6 Governing Law

6.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law, and you agree to resolve any disputes through UK courts.
