3.5. We offer no refunds for rejected or deleted submissions. Additionally, once an enquiry has been purchased and released no refunds will be given.

3.6 You are responsible for ensuring your listing/advert complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to reject or remove adverts that are misleading, inappropriate, or breach these terms.

3.7 We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from listing/advert display or non-display, except where required by law.

3.8 When VSTEAM Education creates or posts a listing/advert on your behalf, including using content from your website or other online sources, you are solely responsible for checking and ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content before it goes live. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content provided or sourced online, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. By allowing us to post on your behalf, you accept full responsibility for the content and agree to indemnify VSTEAM Education against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from it. VSTEAM Education accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or any consequences arising from such content.

4. Accounts

4.1. You agree to safeguard and keep your login credentials confidential.

4.2. We may access, suspend, cancel or edit your account at any time at our discretion. If your account is suspended for unlawful activities or other reasons we deem unacceptable no refunds will be given.
