Workshops include: Tai Chi, Yoga, Health & Wellbeing & Mindfulness. It also entails Healthy Eating, and Massage. Enjoy the many benefits of Yoga and relaxation, stimulating imagination, maintaining flexibility, and learning to breathe correctly. Benefits include improved concentration, better sleep, greater self-esteem, and a stronger immune system. Packages for Foundation and Key Stage One. Yoga sparks creative thinking with thrilling stories and adventures. Pupils enjoy safe postures, songs, games, and teamwork. Using music, rhymes, and puppets, stories align with themes, combining stretches, arches, twists, and balances to strengthen pupils physically and mentally.
