Tailored Healthy Eating workshops, cooking demonstrations & talks designed for schools and nurseries
One of the four themes of the National Healthy Schools Programme is healthy eating. Hosting a "Healthy Food Workshop" is an effective method to increase students' awareness about the importance of healthy eating. It helps them grasp the importance of making informed dietary choices for their well-being, all while engaging them in an enjoyable, interactive experience.

Discussion Based Balance Diet Workshop
Engage children in a discussion-based workshop centered on balanced diets. Includes a tasting session of fresh fruits and vegetables to introduce new flavours, while reinforcing the '5 A Day' message.
'Fork to Fork’ Workshops
These workshops highlight the connection between gardening, planting, harvesting, cooking, and eating one's own food. By involving (young) people in growing vegetables, it fosters enthusiasm for healthy eating and strengthens their connection to food in a positive manner. Moreover, gardening promotes physical activity and outdoor engagement.
Talks and Cooking Demonstrations
Talks and cooking demonstrations for Food Technology/Home Economics classes on the curriculum topic of Vegetarian and Vegan Diet.
Food and Cleanliness Workshops
Promoting cleanliness and germ awareness. We incorporate a UV box to demonstrate the importance of handwashing and offer hands-on activities like making fruit kebabs and milkshakes.
Healthy Plate Workshops
The chance to link 'healthy schools' with the creative curriculum through clay plate designing. It's a hands-on activity that reinforces the importance of making healthy food choices.
