Why not conclude your day or week with a performance for the whole school? You can even invite parents to watch! This gives everyone the chance to experience a variety of dances from across the globe.
Here’s a dance performance we choreographed for Smallwood School in London for their International Day. We worked with the children for half a term, teaching them different dance styles and helping them create this finished performance piece!
Zest Dance was booked to provide International Day workshops at St Philomena’s High School in Carshalton, Surrey. Seven dance teachers led a vibrant mix of cultural dance styles, from around the world, engaging students across all year groups. Each 50-minute workshop gave students a chance to rotate through different styles, learning about the history and culture behind each one. Students dressed in cultural attire, creating a festive atmosphere and celebrating their diverse backgrounds.
Half day workshops from £250.00 plus travel
Full day workshops from £380.00 plus travel
The travel costs will be added if you are outside London. They are calculated depending on your school's location and we will find the cheapest option for you.
We take up to 30 students per workshop. If you have more than that taking part that is fine, we would just need to provide multiple dance teachers for your workshops.
